Pipefitter Academy Pro ("the Service") is a progressive web application (PWA) providing industrial piping calculators, an AI-assisted isometric drawing analyser, isometric drawing tools and technical training content for pipefitters, boilermakers and process engineers.
Access to the Service requires acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms in full.
Access is provided exclusively through Google authentication (Google OAuth 2.0). The user is responsible for the security of their Google account and for all activity performed using it. The Service does not store passwords.
The Service offers the following plans (all prices in EUR, VAT may apply depending on jurisdiction — Paddle handles VAT collection):

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation can be made at any time through the Paddle customer portal — see Section 4.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), acting as the Merchant of Record. Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle. For billing questions contact support@paddle.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid; no further charges will be made.
EU 14-day cooling-off: Under EU consumer law, you may request a full refund within 14 days of activating a paid plan, unless you have expressly waived this right in order to start the service immediately. See our full Refund Policy for details, exclusions, and how to request a refund.

The Apprentice tier is reserved for verified students and apprentices. It requires a valid institutional email address (vocational school, technical institute, or accredited training programme). The Service performs an automated check; mismatches are logged and the subscription may be reclassified to the Pro tier without notice.
Lifetime Founder is limited to the first 500 purchases. Once that quota is reached, the offer is permanently closed. Lifetime access is non-transferable and tied to the original Google account used at purchase. The 14-day refund window still applies — see Refund Policy.
Results provided by the calculators, AI assistant and other tools of the Service are computational aids and do not replace verification by a qualified pipefitter, welder, inspector or responsible engineer.
Pipefitter Academy Pro assumes no liability for damages, losses, downtime or accidents arising from the use of the Service's outputs in real-world fabrication, installation or design without independent professional validation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
All algorithms, Academia content, user interface and the Pipefitter Academy Pro brand are the exclusive property of the developer. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering without express written permission is prohibited.
Data you enter into the Service (calculations, projects, ISO uploads) remains your property. You grant the Service a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the contracted features.
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable prior notice when possible. If the Service is permanently discontinued, a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription period will be issued.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of tier eligibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
