Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record, so all refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction.

1. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of activation, without giving any reason and without penalty.

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed within 14 days of our acceptance of the request.

Important: If you start using paid features within the cooling-off period, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) permits the loss of the withdrawal right where the consumer has given express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right at checkout. We do not require you to waive this right, so by default you keep the full 14-day cooling-off even after first use.

2. Eligibility by Plan

2.1 Monthly subscriptions (Apprentice, Pro, Crew)

Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel any time to stop future renewals — access continues until the end of the period already paid; no partial refund of the unused portion of a monthly cycle is issued.

2.2 Annual subscriptions (Apprentice, Pro, Crew)

Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or of each renewal. After 14 days, no pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the annual term, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2.3 Lifetime Founder (€299 one-time)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the purchase is final and non-refundable, as the Lifetime tier consumes one of the 500 reserved seats permanently.

2.4 Extra ISO Analyses pack (€2.50)

Refundable within 14 days only if no analyses from the pack have been used. Once an analysis has been consumed against the pack, the pack is considered delivered and is non-refundable, as it constitutes digital content supplied through the Service.

3. Exceptional Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window

Refunds outside the standard cooling-off period are assessed case-by-case. We will normally grant a refund in the following situations:

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the app, go to Profile → Manage Subscription, and use the Paddle customer portal to cancel future renewals first.
  2. Contact piping.arturmoniz@gmail.com from the email registered with your account, stating the reason for the refund request, and include your Paddle order number if available.
  3. Alternatively, contact Paddle directly at support@paddle.com — Paddle is the Merchant of Record and can process refunds on our instruction.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and credited to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will resolve it faster than your bank. Disputing a charge with your bank without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.

6. Refunds and VAT

Refunds include any VAT charged at the time of purchase. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles VAT reporting in all jurisdictions.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the app or by email. Existing subscriptions retain the refund terms in force at the time of purchase.
